First, let me congratulate you on your upcoming wedding. I wanted to let you know that Bullwinkle’s
restaurants offer private party rooms perfectly situated for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and
bachelor / bachelorette parties. We have done hundreds of rehearsal dinners, and have become one of
The Miami Valley’s prime spots for these dinners. In addition to our original Miamisburg restaurant we
also have opened a second location just off I-75 in Middletown, Ohio. This location has a full service
restaurant as well as a brand new banquet facility, this room can comfortably seat up to 120 guests.
Bullwinkle’s has long since had a great reputation for it’s award winning ribs as well as the rest of our
menu. We are, in fact, more than just mouthwatering ribs. In order to enhance that reputation we have
started Top Hat catering, a full service catering division of our restaurants. We offer customized menus
encompassing all aspects of traditional and eclectic fair. Top Hat Catering can be your one stop shop for
all your culinary needs for the big day. We can provide all serving equipment, china, flatware, and table
linens. We also provide professional service staff, bartenders, and on site chefs if needed. Please give

One of the areas we specialize in at Top Hat Catering is
individually tailored catering events for the wedding process.
We can accommodate all the bridal / wedding events from the
bridal shower to the reception.

We have two great restaurants that have produced hundreds of rehearsal
dinners, and have grown to be one of the Miami Valley’s prime locations
for these dinners.

Our staff has over 10 years of reception planning experience and will help
guide you through the process of planning the itinerary of the evening,
menu selections, even help co-ordinate other services such as DJ’s,
Cakes, Florists, and Photographers.

We also have on staff an executive chef who will work with your individual
tastes to help create a menu that will be truly suited for you.

This is a big day for you we have the expertise alleviate some of the
pressure, and help you enjoy the wedding process.

Amenities included in all of our wedding catering packages: All serving
equipment, buffet ware, china, and flatware for dinning. White linen table
clothes, and linen napkins. Four hours of service by a formally attired
professional serving staff. We cut and plate your wedding cake at no
additional expense. Should you opt for a bar no bartender fee
will be charged.

We have a wide variety of bar options for events catered off premises,
and for events that we have at one of our locations. They range from a
standard cash bar, where guests are charged on an “on consumption”
basis, to any combination of “open bar” packages where the bar tab
is taken care of by the host of the party.
